April Goals

Happy April (and Monday), y'all!

Before I get started reviewing my old goals and making new ones, I thought I'd share that I started a Facebook page for my blog!  To like my page, click here.  Thank you!

Here's a look back at my March goals:

-Read 3 books Yes!!!  Book review coming tomorrow!
-Do the She Reads Truth Lent study  Still doing this!
-Go on a little getaway with Dustin during spring break   We spent an entire day in Birmingham on one of his off days and the other day we spent landscaping
-Wash and clean out my car   No 😔 #dontjudge
-Get ahead on a few blog posts  Yes!  This felt really great knowing I didn't have to blog the night before because I had already accomplished it
-Make a day trip back to my college hometown  Didn't happen either

April Goals:

-Wash and clean out my car
-Celebrate Easter with the families
-Find an Easter dress
-Build back up to running 3 miles a run
-Buy curtains for the dining room

What are some of your goals for this month?

  1. Way to go with your facebook page and knocking out the majority of your goals - that's awesome! Can't wait to see what curtains you find!

  2. If you don't get the car washed this month, you can always blame it on April showers--who wants to wash their car and then have it rain? :)

  3. I think my husband's weekly goal is to wash the car. I let God wash mine when it rains. True story! I think before I married Ryan, I got my car washed about once every four years. Fail. That failure aside, I'm excited for a new month! I'm doing a bunch of speaking in May, so my April goals are to plan, prepare, and pray hard so I'm ready for those days!

  8. Just liked your FB page! I never wash my car. lol. Thank God for rain because that's about all it gets unless my husband gets in the mood to wash it. One of my goals is to find an Easter dress too. I ordered one and of course it didn't work so back to square one! Good luck with your goals! :)

  15. Great goals! My car definitely needs a good wash and a serious vacuum job this month. I'd also love to get our Easter outfits figured out. Olive is the only one who's ready for the big day :)

  16. I love the April graphic! Looks so bright and cheery! I gave up Facebook for Lent, but I will check out your page here in a few weeks. I love being ahead on blog posts-that's a great goal for every month!! Can't wait to hear about your running journey! When the weather gets nice, it's so much easier to knock out those miles!
